Terms of Service

MKH Suite ("Service") is operated by Muhammad Kabir Hussain ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

MKH Suite is an AI-powered CRM & project platform for freelancers and tech companies, including:

• CRM leads, deals, clients, and pipeline tracking
• Project management with files and due dates
• SMTP send and IMAP inbox sync for business email
• AI agents with knowledge base context
• Public booking pages and appointment management
• Team workspaces with role-based access (Team plan)

Available features depend on your plan tier and account type. During beta, core features are free with limits shown on the pricing page.

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions or export laws
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes

Accurate information

Provide accurate registration details and keep your profile current. Workspace slugs must not impersonate others or infringe trademarks.

Account security

• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
• Sharing passwords between users is prohibited
• Notify us immediately at security@mkhsuite.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses from unauthorized use of your account

Workspace ownership

The account owner is responsible for all workspace activity, including team members on a Team plan. You must ensure invited users comply with these Terms.

Workspace hostnames

Company workspaces are served at yourcompany.mkhsuite.com and individual workspaces at app.mkhsuite.com/@your-username. These hostnames and path handles are a revocable license to use our platform namespace — not a transfer of domain ownership. We may reserve, rename, or reclaim slugs that conflict with trademarks, reserved product names, abuse, or platform needs, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Tenant isolation

Each workspace is logically isolated. You may not access, modify, or interfere with another tenant's data.

Permitted uses

• Managing your own leads, deals, clients, and projects
• Communicating with clients and contacts you have a lawful basis to contact
• Using AI to draft communications you review before sending

Prohibited uses

• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email to purchased lists without lawful basis
• Harassment, fraud, malware distribution, or illegal content
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content where prohibited by law
• Circumventing rate limits, security controls, or tenant isolation
• Reverse-engineering the platform or reselling access without authorization
• Violating SMTP provider or AI provider terms

Output disclaimer

AI-generated emails and agent replies may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before sending.

No professional advice

AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Consult qualified professionals for regulated matters.

Third-party AI providers

The Service transmits prompts to third-party AI providers under their policies. By using AI features, you consent to this processing.

Model changes

We may update underlying AI models without prior notice. Output quality or style may change.

You are the sender of record for emails dispatched through your connected mailbox. You must comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws:

• Include accurate sender identification
• Maintain a lawful basis for contacting recipients
• Honor opt-out or unsubscribe requests promptly where required

Beta period

During beta, the Service is free with plan limits on the pricing page. We will give reasonable notice before charging for plans that were previously free.

Paid plans

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Purchases create a separate contract with Paddle for payment processing. Paddle appears on your bank statement. Refunds are handled through Paddle per our Refund Policy.

Your data

You retain ownership of leads, deals, clients, projects, emails, files, and AI outputs in your workspace.

License to us

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform. We will not use your content to train third-party AI models without explicit written consent.

Our intellectual property

The MKH Suite platform is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform.

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Data Deletion Policy, each incorporated by reference.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a reliable workspace. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, EMAIL DELIVERABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE OR DELIVERABILITY ISSUES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your business content, anti-spam violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination by you

Cancel anytime from Settings or by emailing us. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, spam abuse, non-payment after the grace period, or security risks.

Effect of termination

Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Muhammad Kabir Hussain's place of operation. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
