Terms of Service

1. Service
MKH Suite provides lead discovery, email validation, outreach automation, and CRM-style workspace tools. The service is provided "as is" during beta.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.), obtaining consent where required, and the content of emails you send. You must not use the service for harassment, fraud, or unsolicited bulk email to purchased lists.
3. Account & data
You own your lead and contact data. We process it to provide the service. API keys and SMTP credentials you provide are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
4. Beta & pricing
Features and pricing may change during beta. We will give reasonable notice before charging for plans that were previously free. Paid subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKH Suite is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or email deliverability issues caused by third-party providers.
