Data Deletion Policy
Your right to delete your data is fundamental. Account deletion, workspace removal, GDPR erasure, and data export — explained step by step.
Overview
This policy covers permanent deletion of personal and business data from MKH Suite. Incorporated by reference into our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Account Deletion Flow

Initiation
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Confirm the 30-day grace period warning
- Type your registered email address to confirm

Immediate actions
- All sessions revoked — logged out on all devices
- Login disabled immediately
- Removed from team workspace member lists
- Name replaced with "Deleted User" in shared records
- Confirmation email sent

- Data fully preserved during this window
- Cancel by contacting us and verifying identity
- Data export available on request
- Reminder email sent at day 25

Hard deletion (Day 31)
All eligible data permanently purged. Final confirmation email sent.
What happens on Day 31

Workspace Deletion Flow
Pre-deletion checklist
- Active subscription cancelled (effective end of billing period)
- All workspace data permanently deleted after grace period
- Billing records retained 7 years
- Export data before proceeding if needed
Confirmation & grace period
The workspace owner types the exact workspace name and acknowledges full data deletion. Same 30-day grace period. Only the owner can cancel via privacy@mkhsuite.com. On Day 31, all data is permanently deleted.

- Email privacy@mkhsuite.com with registered email and full name

Data Export (Portability)
Before deletion, request a full export of your workspace data.
Export package includes
- profile.json — account info and settings
- leads.csv, deals.csv, and clients.csv
- projects/ — project records and metadata
- inbox/ — email threads and metadata
- files/ — uploaded documents
- agents/ — AI agent and knowledge base configuration
- bookings.csv — appointment history
- usage_logs.csv — workspace activity metrics

Legal Hold Policy
A legal hold pauses deletion for data relevant to fraud investigations, legal proceedings, or unresolved billing disputes.
- Affected records flagged and skipped by automated deletion
- User-initiated deletion blocked for held data
- Hold lifted only by operator legal review
- You notified where legally permissible
