Refund Policy

MKH Suite offers subscription-based access to an AI-powered CRM & project platform. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who issues refunds per this policy.

MKH Suite is free during beta. No payment is collected while billing is disabled. Your selected plan is saved for when paid billing launches — see the pricing page.

Covers Pro and Team plans for company and individual accounts. Renewals after the first charge are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

• Email billing@mkhsuite.com with subject line: Refund Request
• Include your account email and workspace slug
• Include your Paddle invoice or order number if available
• We acknowledge every request within 1 business day
• Approved refunds are submitted to Paddle for processing

Approved refunds return to your original payment method:

Timing depends on your bank or payment provider. If not received after 10 business days, contact billing@mkhsuite.com with your order number.

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing us
• Cancellation stops future renewals — no further charges
• You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period
• You can request a refund within 14 days of any payment whether or not you cancel

We may deny refunds when:

• The request is made after the 14-day window (unless required by law)
• The account was terminated for spam abuse or Terms violations
• A chargeback was filed without contacting us first
