Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026. How refunds work for MKH Suite subscriptions.
1. Beta period
MKH Suite is free during beta. No payment is collected and no refunds apply while billing is not active.
2. Paid plans
When paid plans launch (Pro and Team), subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider. Prices are shown on the pricing page at checkout.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for that plan. We will issue a full refund for that payment. This guarantee applies once per workspace for your first paid subscription.
4. Renewals & mid-cycle cancellations
After the 14-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate unused days on monthly plans unless required by law.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@mkhsuite.com from your account email with your workspace slug and the reason for the request. We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
We may deny refunds for accounts terminated for abuse, spam violations, or breach of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
